Trademark notices, where our content comes from, and the open-source software we build on.
Crammy is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any of the organizations named below. We reference their marks only to describe the exams our material prepares students for — a descriptive use, not a claim of association.
A Level, AS Level, and GCSE are qualification names regulated by Ofqual. Abitur, Baccalauréat, EvAU/Selectividad, and Esame di Maturità are national qualifications administered by their respective ministries of education. Crammy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any of them, and we do not use any exam board or ministry logo, crest, or emblem.
None of these organizations have reviewed, approved, or licensed any Crammy content, score estimate, or practice material.
Every practice question, explanation, passage, flashcard, textbook page, and illustration on Crammy is original material created for this platform.
We do not reproduce, host, or redistribute questions from any official exam, released exam form, or commercial question bank. Our items are written to match the format and tested skills of each exam — formats and factual subject matter are not owned by anyone.
The same applies to every curriculum we cover outside the United States. We do not reproduce specification text, subject guides, command-term definitions, past-paper questions, mark schemes, examiner reports, or grade-boundary tables from any exam board or ministry. Where our courses are organized into topics that resemble a published syllabus, that organization is our own summary of publicly known subject structure, written in our own words.
Score estimates, percentile bands, and section curves shown in Crammy are our own approximations built from publicly reported scoring information. They are not official scores and are not produced or validated by any testing organization.
Files you upload — PDFs, lecture notes, images, custom classes — stay in your own browser's local storage. We do not upload, store, or host your files on our servers. If you choose to share material with a study room, it is sent directly between browsers.
If you believe material available through Crammy infringes your copyright, email legal@crammylearningandarchive.com with the work you believe is infringed, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We investigate and remove infringing material.
